From conceptualizing new dishes to leading our small kitchen team, you feel at home in our kitchen and are ready to start with a new adventure! As a chef, you are responsible for creating an unforgettable culinary experience for our hotel guests. You are developing menus, ensuring the quality of dishes, and ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen. You collaborate with management, manage supplies, handle procurement, and monitor budgets. The focus is on guest satisfaction, creativity, quality, and teamwork. The Art Brasserie is a cozy and accessible restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared with fresh seasonal products. Hospitality is paramount for us, both for our guests and for our employees. We form a close-knit team where we work as a 'family' and always lend each other a helping hand. What makes me a perfect chef?
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Familiarity with food cost, menu calculations, payroll, and scheduling;
- Full-time availability with a flexible attitude and the ability to maintain overview;
- As a chef, you coach, train, and motivate the team to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Residing in or near Amsterdam.
