Hospitality employee
We are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our waiter team in the restaurant. My name is Danny, and I have been working here for quite some time. I was trained in a district by an experienced hospitality employee and have been working independently as a hospitality employee at Hotel New York for 2 years now. One day, I serve as a hospitality employee in a district, the next day I welcome guests as a host, and at other times, I work in the event rooms. This way, the work never gets boring! My colleagues and I strive to ensure that as hospitality employees, we provide each guest with a unique experience.
For now we are looking for collegeaus from 18 years or older, because you will be also scheduled for closing shifts at Hotel New York. On a busy evening, this could extend until 01:30 AM or 02:30 AM.
In addition to all the hard work, you'll earn a good salary!
- 18 years old? You'll earn €10,50 gross per hour.
- 19 years old? You'll earn €11,50 gross per hour.
- 20 years old? You'll earn €12,05 gross per hour.
- 21 years and older? You'll earn at least €13,39 gross per hour.

- Reliability: Your salary is always deposited on time!
- Salary: The starting salary from the age of 21 is € 13,39 excluding tips, holiday pay & -hours.
- 30/30 member:
- Overnight stay with 2 people for € 30,- including breakfast, in all WestCord Hotels;
- 30% discount on the bill when you dine (food and drink combination);
- 30% discount on items in the Kiosk of Hotel New York / WestCord products and on Wellness in WestCord Hotels.
- Training sessions so you can continue to develop yourself.
- A schedule that is always known at least 2 weeks in advance.
- A net bonus of € 250,- when you refer a new colleague and they are hired!
- A hotel stay at Hotel New York, including dinner, once you have completed your probationary period!
What makes you a perfect colleague?
- You can work at least 2 days a week. One of those days is on a Saturday or Sunday.
- You have your own transportation.
