Pastry chef

The passion and predelection of a pastry chef, but start not too early? That is possible on the Java island!

The cakes and pastries I create can be purchased in our Café Jakarta as well as in Bakkerij Westers. My name is Wiebe and I am a pastry Chef at Hotel Jakarta. Many of our recipes I came up with myself. Because of my knowledge and experience our Executive Chef gives me plenty of freedom to be creative and inventive, of course under his supervision and final approval. The best part of this job for me is the eye for detail, I am sure you can relate! Are you ready to create some true pieces of pastry-art in our Kitchen? I am looking forward to meeting you soon!
